chikki is dry indian sweet snack, which is mainly made using nuts such as peanut, dryfuits, sesame among others, using sugar or jaggery as the sweet base . They are normally in the form of smallm slabs. At times laddus are also made using similar ingredients. Chikki’s advantages are that its an anytime snack, easy to carry, having a long shelf life, with a crunchy taste that is loved by people of all age groups.
