These are natural gums obtained from trees : Sterculia, Anogeissus and Acacia respectively.
These Gums find varied uses due to their ability to increase the viscosity of a liquid/solution even when added in small amounts. In the Food industry they are used as thickening agents, gelling agents, emulsifying agents and as stabilisers as well. In other industries they are used as Adhesives, binding and Clarifying agents.
